Dodgeball is awesome and we host leagues in the Metro Detroit area.  All of our Detroit dodgeball leagues are coed.  The balls we use are made out of a special material that allows for them to be thrown fast without causing pain when you get hit. Registration is easy and you can join as a free agent or as a team.  Everyone pays individually so team captains don’t have to worry about chasing money down when they are getting their team signed up. When you join one of our Detroit dodgeball leagues you will easily be able to track your team’s standing with our awesome online league software.  Get ready to meet people and get active with Social Sports Detroit.

Quick Rule Overview For  Dodgeball

Teams will consist of between 6 players and 15 players (There must be at least 2 men and 2 women on a team). Six players will on the court at one time with at least 2 men and 2 women. There will be six balls placed at the middle of the court at the start of the game. The object is to eliminate all of the other team’s players to win the round. Teams will play for one hour per week. Each round won will count as one point for the winning team. The team with the most wins at the end of the hour will be the winner (Ties can occur). Substitutions will only be allowed in-between rounds.
